Between Caffe Nero's and Starbucks caffe shops..Their environment is very comfortable & cosy and it attracts lots of customers. They have variety of Coffees and Teas from all over the world. I am actually happy that we went there because it is the coffee shop I will go back to, for numerous times as it offers pure rooibos tea from Namibia. First ever shop in Finland, I tried rooibos tea from many caffe shops in Finland but it's not as pure & original tasty like it is at Johan & Nyström..

• Mr Nyström was managing Paulig. He has 14 years experience in the industry. He is well educated in coffee industry and he make sure that everyone else working for him is well educated.
• The staff are very friendly, informative and passionate about the coffee & tea.
•  Coffee shop is Cosy, customer friendly and in comfortable environment. It gives customers homely feeling, Customers feels more than welcome. Students can easily spend up to 3 hours in the coffee shop doing school work.
• They buy their products directly from the producers. They know very well from where their coffees are coming.
• They roast coffee by hands.
• In 2013, Sweden's Johan & Nyström Coffee shop has been elected as Europe's 2nd best coffee shop.
• They are eco-friendly and they serve also cakes made of raw ingredients - healthier version and also raw brunch ( raakabrunssi)
